A shunt is actually a resistor with very small resistance. When DC current passes through, it generates a voltage drop, which can be displayed by a DC ammeter.
The DC ammeter is actually a voltmeter with a full degree of 75 mV.
DC ammeter and distributor are used together.
For example, the resistance of the shunt matched with 100A ammeter is 0.00075 Euro.
That is 100A*0.00075 Euro=75mV;
The resistance value of the divider matched with 50A ammeter is 0.0015 Euro.
50A*0.0015 Euro = 75mV.
There are many types of external shunts, such as FL-2, FL-1, FL-27, FL-19, FL-13 and FL-21.
FL-29, FL-39, Taiwan, Russian, Korean, American and so on.
There are many shunts attached, but the shape can be customized according to customer requirements. The shape of the attached shunt is much smaller than that of the external shunt.
Application in Hydraulic System
A shunt, also known as a synchronous motor, supplies fuel proportionally to multiple branches. It is common to supply oil with equal flow rate. Used to solve cylinder synchronization, walking motor synchronization, oil lubrication. According to the material, it can be divided into aluminium alloy and cast iron; according to the structure, it can be divided into gear type and plunger type.
